These website terms apply when you browse business.myescapeplan.app or use its public information and enquiry links.

Discovery API pilots, production services and Shopping Intelligence engagements are supplied only under a separate written pilot agreement, order form or services agreement. If a signed commercial agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed commercial agreement controls for that service.

Product descriptions, indicative pricing, examples and availability are general marketing information and may change before a commercial agreement is signed.

Shopping Intelligence material marked as coming soon is not represented as a generally available production service.

You may use this website for legitimate business evaluation and contact with MyEscapePlan.

The MyEscapePlan brand, website content, software, product descriptions and original materials are owned by or licensed to MyEscapePlan. Commercial API licences and output rights are defined in the applicable written agreement.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

The public website is provided for business evaluation and general information. To the extent permitted by law, MyEscapePlan is not responsible for business decisions made solely in reliance on public marketing material without an agreed commercial engagement.

Before paid API access or a pilot begins, the parties should agree scope, pricing, usage limits, support, confidentiality, intellectual property and liability terms in writing.

Where MyEscapePlan processes personal data on a customer's behalf, the parties should also put an appropriate data-processing agreement in place and document their respective roles.
