MyEscapePlan Travel Intelligence
Business Website Terms
These terms govern use of the MyEscapePlan Travel Intelligence marketing website. Direct pilots and negotiated production services may use a separate written agreement; approved API marketplace access may instead be governed by the MyEscapePlan API Terms of Use.

1. Scope
These website terms apply when you browse business.myescapeplan.app or use its public information and enquiry links.
Direct Discovery API pilots, negotiated production services and Shopping Intelligence engagements may be supplied under a separate written pilot agreement, order form or services agreement. API access may also be supplied through an approved third-party marketplace under the MyEscapePlan API Terms of Use. If a signed commercial agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed commercial agreement controls for that service.
2. Information on this website
Product descriptions, indicative pricing, examples and availability are general marketing information and may change before a commercial agreement is signed.
Shopping Intelligence material marked as coming soon is not represented as a generally available production service.
3. Acceptable use
You may use this website for legitimate business evaluation and contact with MyEscapePlan.
Do not interfere with the website, its security or availability.
Do not scrape or systematically extract substantial parts of the site or underlying data without permission.
Do not present MyEscapePlan material or outputs as your own proprietary service without a written licence.
4. Intellectual property
The MyEscapePlan brand, website content, software, product descriptions and original materials are owned by or licensed to MyEscapePlan. Commercial API licences and output rights are defined in the applicable written agreement.
5. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
The public website is provided for business evaluation and general information. To the extent permitted by law, MyEscapePlan is not responsible for business decisions made solely in reliance on public marketing material without an agreed commercial engagement.
6. Commercial contracting and data processing
Before negotiated direct paid API access or a pilot begins, the parties should agree scope, pricing, usage limits, support, confidentiality, intellectual property and liability terms in writing. Marketplace subscriptions are governed by the MyEscapePlan API Terms of Use and the applicable marketplace's billing and platform terms.
Where MyEscapePlan processes personal data on a customer's behalf, the parties should also put an appropriate data-processing agreement in place and document their respective roles.
